Refund Policy (non affiliate Products only)
Stelo’s Mission: Our mission is to make online shopping as enjoyable, simple, and stress free as possible. If you receive a product that is defective or otherwise not as described, you may be eligible to return the item for a replacement, as specified below.
Stelo does not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products once the product is delivered to the carrier.
If you feel like you are eligible for a return, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we are more than happy to help you understand our policies and guide you through the return process!
Please be reminded that you will be responsible for the return shipping label. Please take note that items returned without a trackable shipping method will not be processed, since we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
1) Email us at email@example.com to start your replacement ticket.
2) Subject line – “REPLACEMENT”
3) Include the following information:
a) Order # (or screenshot of original order confirmation)
b) Photo / video evidence of the product defect
c) Reason for return and explanation of damage
